Moving to a new iPhone

In the app, open All history and choose Save a copy. You get one file locked with a password you choose. On the new iPhone, choose Restore from a copy on the first screen, pick the file and enter the password.

Reminders don't arrive

Check Settings > Notifications > Scuto, and that a Focus isn't silencing them. Reminders follow the schedule you entered in the app.

Subscription

To cancel, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On a new iPhone, use Restore purchases on the Premium screen. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Questions about your medication

We can't answer those. Scuto is a personal logging tool: follow your prescription and ask your doctor or pharmacist.
